AyaCall SMS Wellness Alerts
Program operated by Eccordia Corp · Last updated 2026-06-01
What these messages are
AyaCall sends text-message alerts to family caregivers when an enrolled senior’s daily AI check-in call surfaces a high- or critical-severity concern — for example, a missed check-in, a reported fall, chest pain, or a significant change in mood. These are one-way informational alerts tied to your account. We do not send marketing, promotional, or non-essential text messages.
How to opt in
SMS alerts are optional and off by default. There is no public sign-up form. To turn them on, sign in to your AyaCall dashboard at Settings → Caregivers, enter your own mobile number, and check the SMS consent box. You must affirmatively check that box — alerts are never enabled without it, and only the account holder of that number can give consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your enrolled senior’s alert activity. Most caregivers receive only a handful of alert messages per month; during periods of elevated concern the frequency may be higher.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOPto any AyaCall alert text to unsubscribe immediately. You’ll receive one confirmation message, after which no further texts are sent to your number. You can also turn SMS alerts off any time in your dashboard Settings.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any AyaCall text for contact information, or email support@ayacall.com.
How to resubscribe
Reply START to the number that sent you an AyaCall alert, or re-enable SMS alerts (and re-check the consent box) in your dashboard Settings.
Privacy
AyaCall does not share or sell your mobile number, SMS opt-in, or consent records with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
