About AyaCall

The check-in we wanted to give our own parents.

Most adult children live one flight, three time zones, or two states away from the parent they're worried about. They call when they can. They text. They ask the neighbor to look in.

And still — the call you didn't make on a Tuesday is the one you'll wish you had. Loneliness moves slower than emergencies, but it moves. And the early signs of a hard week never come up if no one asks.

AyaCall calls every day so you don't have to feel guilty about the days you can't. The AI takes the time your parent wants to take. It asks the second question. It remembers what they told it last Tuesday and follows up on Thursday. And it tells you, quietly, when something doesn't sound like them.

What we believe

Six convictions that shape every call.

01The senior is the customer.

Even though the caregiver pays. If the call feels intrusive or robotic, we've failed — even if the dashboard looks great.

02No fake humans.

Every call opens with the AI saying it's an AI. We don't impersonate, we don't deceive, and we never will.

03Less is more.

If a week has nothing wrong, the dashboard should take 60 seconds to read. We optimize for quiet, not engagement.

04Memory matters.

A check-in that doesn't remember last week is a checklist. We built persistent memory so each call feels like the AI knows them.

05Wellness, not medicine.

We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. We're the warm voice in the morning — not the doctor.

06Families come in different shapes.

Solo caregivers, sibling teams, blended families, paid helpers. Everyone who needs to see the dashboard, can.

Built solo. Built carefully. Built for you.

AyaCall is bootstrapped — no investors telling us to chase scale over care. We answer to families, and we ship what helps. If you've got feedback, we want it.
