How AyaCall works.
A daily phone call your parent actually enjoys. A dashboard that only speaks up when something matters. The hard work happens between calls — and you never see it.
Step 1
Tell us about them.
Add your parent's name, phone, and the time they like to be called. Pick a tone (warm family-style, gentle companion, or familiar friend) and tell us a little about their life — hobbies, important people, recent events.
This 60-second cold-start is what makes call 1 feel like the AI already knows them. "Hi Mom, how's the tomato bed?" beats "Hello, how are you today?"
Step 2
AyaCall calls every day at the time you set.
Each call is 5–10 minutes of real, unhurried conversation: how they slept, what they ate, what they have planned, anything bothering them.
The AI introduces itself as AI — we never deceive. It speaks slowly, listens patiently, and adjusts to hearing aids or slow pace if you noted them. Every call is recorded so you can listen to the best moments.
Step 3
You get a quiet dashboard summary.
After each call, a short summary shows up on your dashboard — what they shared, any threads worth following up on, and the best moment from the conversation as a clip you can play.
Sundays you get a one-page "This week with Mom" — themes, mood, anything new. Most weeks: read in 60 seconds and move on. On harder days, you're more likely to notice sooner.
Memory
What the AI remembers
Every call adds to a running memory. By week two, the AI knows them.
Known facts
Family members and how they're related, hobbies, pets, medications they've mentioned, doctors they see. Nothing diagnosed — only what they said.
Open threads
If they mentioned their hip on Tuesday, AyaCall asks about it on Friday. Threads expire after 3 weeks if they don't come up again.
Reminders they asked for
When they say 'remind me about my doctor visit Friday,' the AI saves it and brings it up that morning.
Family context you added
Voice notes from siblings, topics you'd like the AI to bring up, birthdays and anniversaries — all flow into the next call's opening.
